Official Government Pricing: My Home Care Choices adopts the median price as set out in the Government schedule to ensure our pricing remains fair, consistent, and aligned with industry standards.
Support at Home Program: All pricing is in accordance with the new Support at Home program that commenced on November 1st, 2025, replacing the previous Home Care Package system.
Participant Contributions: You may be required to contribute to the cost of your care through government-assessed fees. The amount you pay depends on your individual assessment and financial situation.
Clinical Care: The government will fully fund clinical care, such as nursing and physiotherapy. You will not be required to contribute for these services.
No Lock-in Contracts: You have the freedom to change your service arrangements or provider at any time without penalty fees.
